Substandard Veneers. My experience with the Joinery Co. has not been great. They installed a built-in desk and bookcases into the home library. After a 6 months, a number of installation mistakes and an army of subcontractors to fix the problems, I am left with drawers that don't line up, walls to be repainted and bubbling venner. After several other joiners viewing the job and confirming that the work was substandard and the venner is faulty, the manager still refused to view the job. Absolute frustration for me and an expensive project gone very wrong. I was offered a reduction on the invoice but all I wanted was the job completed at an acceptable standard.

We only had a small job for them but they were fast and accommodating. Staff friendly too.
