After my mother had passed away. I was told she had paid her rent in advance, the amount $1231 After weeks of phone calls, never received the money. Not sure why.

This place has a poor reputation for helping it's clients.nMakes changes to their rent without informing the client.nHarasses clients if they even fall $1 overdue on rent.nseparates utilities (like water) from rent, fails to inform them for months until one day they are severely behind on a bill the client thought was being paid.nthrough Center pay if Community housing isn't receiving enough to cover the rent they will not inform the client for months until it's almost impossible for the client to pay.nAside from all that they screw around clients asking for crucial repairs of safety issues for months at a time.nIn short:nthey don't try to follow up on anything, they fail to inform clients of serious problems, they fail to uphold their part as stated in their contracts and expect their clients to foot everything for them.nnIf someone doesn't absolutely have to go through this agency to acquire a house, Go somewhere else.
