Angela was fantastic with organizing a pre purchase inspection to suit me with no fuss. The inspection was done friendly & professionally with a report sent to me the next day. . A few weeks after Angela called me & told me I had paid for the inspection twice & refunded the money straight away with no issues. I didn't realize I had paid twice. Based on my experience of having a property that I intended to buy and have now bought inspected by this company, I recommend them highly, they were able to do the inspection within a few days of my request, the inspector called me with a summary of the results of the inspection immediately after it was done, I received the report by email the next day, the report was thorough, detailed and included well taken photos, they were friendly to deal with and explained things well
