We're supposed to be on 10 week deliveries! Our refill should have been on or around the 21st of April!nDiscovered we were out of gas whilst cooking dinner about 6p.m. last evening.nCalled Elgas, the bloke on the phone daid it was considered an Emergency and we would hear something soon.nStill nothing this morning, I called back, the girl told me he'd organised for a delivery NEXT WEEK,. I explained to her, full house, pregnant lady and a child too, no stove for cooking no hot water for showers etc.nStill waiting, Severe BAD BUSINESS!nSo disappointed with lack of services Elgas!

Dont know who.the manager is here but shes a dreadful rude woman who returned my call only to be hung up on!
