Whoever the lady was working Sunday the 19th is the rudest assistant ever. If she worked in my shop, there is no way I’d have her even on the bench. I went there needing a few things, bought them, she was so rude when I was paying I really thought about asking her to refund me on the spot and get it elsewhere. Unfortunately, there was nowhere else open at the time. No wonder this place is “closing down”

The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially toward the later hours of the day. The kitchen wares they sell here is also brilliant. I got quite a large set of cutlery and they're still brand-spanking-new!nnYou get what you pay for, even if the prices are very high.nnAbsolutely great place to get kitchen stuff if you have the money for it!

Shop is fantastic now with the more room, the new variety of products is amazing. It’s nice to see a store upsizing not leaving for good. Go Team Grafton Robins Kitchen! ❤ufe0f
