Petbarn West Ryde

Had some issues with my tank , and although staff I dealt with were very friendly, ended up being offered a product that wasn’t really useful after speaking to another pet barn person who knew a bit more about fish. Spoke to manager of west Ryde about this situation, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Took the feedback very well and informed staff members to help with education on this matter. Walked away feeling happy that the staff will now be able to deal with these situations so hopefully they feel comfortable, and also felt happy that there was a high level of customer service from the management team. Will keep coming to this store.

The staff at this store are phenomenal. Always friendly, 5 star customer service.
