Shortly after purchasing a Pidan cat tube, I quickly discovered my cat took no interest in it. Knowing this might be the case I made sure to reseal it back in it's original box. When I approached Petso requesting a credit, they informed me they are not prepared to issue a credit as it had been opened. They also expected me to pay for the item to be returned to their warehouse. I don't recommend purchasing from this company as they make no effort to work with their customers or maintain customer loyalty. I will not be using their service again.

Brought my cat there last week, and they really did an excellent job. Friendly staffs and wide range of products. Highly recommended !

I booked for my puppys nail clipping today.nnOne of the groomer took my pup, I was waiting for him.nBut after 5 mins, the other groomer came down to the shop and threw my dog to the floor.nReason why my pup has bitten him.nnMe and my husband both catched that moment, we were very upset.nnAlso he said, he can not do that himself, so we have to hold our pup.nnIf so, why I came here?nnWe went to the other shop (silverwater pet**ue) and he finished only about 3 mins. And my pups didnt bit him even.nnIF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO THROW YOUR BABY,nTHEN VISIT THIS SHOP.
