Staff there were very helpful. Even though the specific products weren't available at the store in general, the staff suggested alternatives that helped us a great deal. The staff member also gave us a hand bringing some of the products out to the car. Highly recommended.

I am in the process of adopting 2 rabbits and I can find pretty much everything I need here.nnToday I was helped by the amazing John, I needed a specific cat litter and quite quickly as well. I was concerned about carrying the big bag home but John offered to carry it down for me and we had a lovely conversation on the way back home. The staff are so kind and helpful. My click and collect was prepared very fast, and when I went to collect it, I didn't have to wait at all. They also went out of their way to help me carry my heavy order to my car, without me having to ask. Very professional, lovely workers and would highly recommend to others.
