Learn some manners and don't hang up the phone on your customer.

I'm sure they are all very nice people who work at Buffalo Locksmiths, but I came away $165 down because of a mistake they made.nnI asked them to cut and program a replacement car key that I provided. The guy did say that my blank key was slightly different to my original and that he wasn't sure that he could program it. I asked him to try.nnSo he cut the key. Then he advised me that it wasn't responding to programming. Nothing I could do except pay his $40 charge for the cutting.nnThen I returned home to see what the internet had to say about programming this particular key. I discovered that it need not have been cut before attempting to program it. He didn't need to cut it.nnAnd I am unable to return the key to the eBay supplier because it is no longer in the condition in which I bought it. That was $125.nnI sent a message to Buffalo Locksmiths inviting them to repay me the $165 that I had lost on account of their mistake. They didn't take up my invitation.nnBut that wasn't the only problem with their work. When the guy cut the original key it had some metal burrs that prevented it from going into the car door lock. He went back inside his office and returned with the key now looking like it had been under an angle grinder. Most of the chrome plating had been ground off and the exposed brass had deep scar lines through it.nnNot the sort of service and quality I would expect from a profession provider.

Excellent customer service and very friendly locksmith. I have locked myself out of my place many times in the past and this is the best quality service I have received. I actually found this place on the recommendation of another locksmith!
