All In One Locksmith Sydney

This company gave us absolutely Disgusting service. I spent approx $1000 for my locks around the house after we were broken into. The guy came out and replaced and fixed 6 of our doors and after he was done, 20-30 mins later called the guy to come back and fix one of the locks as it wouldn’t lock properly. All of the locks were poorly done and some of them djdnt even fit. He kept mentioning “this is the way it is” He came back and fixed the lock but after another 6-7 days. We called him again only for him to say he had “moved to Queensland” and when i had asked what do i do about the locks, he didnt even respond to my text. Anyway, we left it for 3-4 months as the door that was damaged we didnt really use too often. Soon after this, another door lock broke and this was our backdoor. We had enough and called the company and they assigned someone to our case. To my surprise, our friend who had mysteriously disappeared to QLD had re appeared and wanted to come fix our locks.nnHe came back and attempted to fix the back door lock which he did. But it took him about 2 hours to fix the bedroom lock and at one point i asked him “cant we just get a new one”. Our friend left eventually as the locks worked but no less then 7 days later, we bad the backdoor lock fall off AGAIN. I had had enough and called the guy and i asked him to replace it. He said to me “i cant replace it i can only come and fix the lock because if i get a new lock, its going to cost me money. So if you want a new lock you will be charged” . What a joke! I then called the customer care team (if you can call them that) and asked to speak to a manager and i didnt want old mate coming back to my house.nThey told me someone would call, i waited 4 days and then called again and told them again i wanted a call back.nnGot told i would get a call back and never did. So we just gave up and have now gotten someone else to fix the lock.nnWhatever you do, dont go through this company. Their locksmiths who do the work are really unprofessional and the after sales care is also horrible. They dont even have an email address to contact them on.nnWe only used them as we were desperate after being robbed but dont call these guys. Go for a company who actually has good service and quality of work.nnStay far far away!

Absolutely disgusting service. Advertising as 24hrs but doesn’t answer the phone... called me back 1 HOUR LATER but couldn’t get here til morning.. should’ve called another company but this guys quote was so much cheaper so just caught an Uber to stay with family for the night. He came in the morning and charged me more than triple what he quoted on the phone AFTER he finished a 4 min job to get me inside saying “it was more complicated than expected”... totally unacceptable!! I wonder if he does this to all his customers or just took advantage of me being a woman. I don’t usually write reviews but this experience has left me so angry I have to warn people against this scammer
