First time leasing out my own apartment while buying a new one, moving, and being pregnant all at the same time. It has been a really stressful time. I feel extremely lucky we have Mario and ray white Drummoyne team as our agent. Mario has impressed us since the first meeting with his knowledge in rental market in the area. He is very transparent with pricing, and presents very clear strategy which proved to be effective. He is always on top of things but accommodating with some of our requests at the same day. He ticks every boxes what we are looking for in a rental agent. Wholeheartedly recommend ray white Drummoyne to take care of your rental property.

Mario is the consummate professional. He was empathetic to our situation and very accommodating to our needs. Mario kept me regularly updated throughout the rental process and was agile when managing issues or taking next steps with prospective tenants. Jessica was most professional and helpful. We would not have made the purchase had Jessica not gone above and beyond what is required in arranging a last minute pre auction inspection for us. Jessica was also incredibly responsive to our queries often turning things around within hour. She was very thoughtful and did everything she can to ensure a smooth settlement despite small hiccups along the way. I have encountered many real estate agents, she is definitely one of the most genuine agents I've encountered and would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

Purchased an investment property through Ray White Drummoyne and based on good communication, professionalism and a seamless transaction, we went on to engage them as managing agents. Incidentally, the vendor also recommended them. We mostly deal with Mario and Jess who were proactive in finding us the right tenant and have been very responsive with ongoing commonsense guidance in managing the property for us.
