I wanted to give you some feedback on your service and staff member Adam. Adam arrived promptly and introduced himself and discussed what he would be doing around the property, in particular how we would manage the movement of our dog once the treatment was applied. I found Adam to be extremely polite, his interaction with myself and our dog was wonderful and very well received. He moved in and around the property without much distraction and got the job done quickly and efficiently (as I was working from home). Adam's is an absolute asset to your company, I find that employees with such personable manners are very few and far between and this is so important when they are interacting with customers and often the face of your company.
