Very nice and helpful staff. Many different things for pets, I was looking for fish, the fish they had were ok looking but there could have been a lot more variety. Overall a good pet store and the adjoining vet was very good.

Went for puppy training, all staff are lovely and very helpful. Trainer, Teigan is very good and takes the time with each dog and explains clearly why we are doing certain training.

Tony is a well presented, educated and positive team member ! Every time we walk in he is always quick to welcome us into the store and he engages in conversation with us regarding our dogs and their needs. Tony’s outstanding product knowledge on Staffys helped us find the perfect food choices for our dogs with their sensitive stomachs. We are so grateful to Tony for his fantastic customer service and continue to shop at Petstock thanks to his excellent knowledge and guidance with our dogs. Thank you Tony!

Love these guys! This place is awesome. The customer service is on par with my expectations and the team are so lovely to your pets! Always have my pets food in stock and the store is always clean and tidy. Well done guys, keep up the great work.
