System down AGAIN. From 12.30. For half of the working hours! This is exactly what we want for a recovering economy.nI visited 4 months ago and the ''system'' was down that day as well.nAttitude of one of the staff is too good for your broken system. Anyways, I don't mind that.nThe system issue however needs immediate attention from the highest in IT. It's a simple problem. Fix it. Fix your ''system''.

Just got license renewed. Lovely helpful staff. Excellent control of all the Covid measures. In and out in about 10 min. Great job service NSW Burwood!

I went to Burwood Service NSW to get my relationship registration. I got there and the queue was so long outside but I still waited. Halfway down the queue, I realised I forgot to print a very important page of the document. I decided to wait instead and just asked them to print it for me. The queue, although long, moved really quickly. I was served by Cathy and she was really helpful. She told me that I can just print the page from one of the computers they have. She also suggested that I get my license updated too and I did. I didn't have any problem with my paperwork too even when some of them are from overseas, she still accepted them. Thank you for a smooth process of my paperwork and for an excellent service!

I was serviced by Ron who did not have any empathy or even cared to accelerate my servicenI had to ask further questions on how long my licence renewal application would take and he replied up to a weeknnI had to take initiative to call up interstate Vic roads to make sure that things were done and had spent being on the phone for hoursnAnd to finally get my interstate licence cancelled in the one daynnIf you want to show customer service to your customers knowing they had a deadline of 6 days left and you reply to them it will be done within a week?nThat's not reassuring or a good enough service to send someone awaynnI get your job is busy and demanding but we all have the same demand in any rolennBe apologetic and understand what others have to go through

I was served by Stephanie at Burwood today, she was very patient and kind with my BDM application. She provided excellent customer service and was very reassuring with my complex matter. Best experience with government matters that I've ever had.
