As a previous customer I contacted Premier Shower screens (formerly known as Budget shower screens and wardrobes) for a quote on two frameless shower screens, I was initially told that they were booked out until Christmas but will try and fit me in.nI was phoned back and subsequently booked in for a Thursday and I was told I would receive a call beforehand to confirm which never happened.nI rang the following week to follow up only to be told I would receive another call...again never happened.nVery disappointing...

Premier Showers and Wardrobes have installed shower screens, walk in robes and storage shelves for our newly constructed property and we are very pleased with their services. From measurement through to installation the service provided was very professional. Good customer service is definitely their priority and the quality of work was top notch. He booked me in for 3 Saturdays in a row for a quote. First 2 saturdays no one showed up, On 3rd Saturday Someone call me and hangs up after 2 bells ans when I rang back after 3 minutes the guy tells me he already booked another appointment in penrith and will come later. I call him again after 4 hours and was told my installer will come for a measure and quote and again no one showed up.
