Product is good but customer service is very poor I call them to pack my order I’m coming from 1 hour drive they didn’t took my order they said come and get it. I went there and gave order I did wait for 1 hour to get my f....g order worse store to visit I recommend gramline Smithfield is the best customers service in Sydney

We just had some slats put up around our pergola. The Bloke who came to measure was great and 3 weeks later he came and installed them. He had two other blokes with him took them no time to finish and what a great job. Looks fantastic.

The products are great. They also do price matching. They are highly organized except that for some reason the guys at the warehouse deliver the wrong material. Driver's a bit hard to deal with. Customer service are always overloaded.

Very bad customer service. Bad attitude, no respect for customers. Abusive behaviour by 1 of the employee.Think before you go to glendening store.
