I experienced great customer service from point of sale to the delivery . The sales person was extremely helpful and guided me through the product range and pricing. When I received my door delivery I expected the driver to drop the products off in front of the house as it’s a construction site and most drivers only deliver to the gate. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised when the driver offered to take the doors into the house and even more surprised when he offered to take the doors upstairs if needed. 5 stars from me.
