I had to go into the station to address an issue, and a woman named Sergeant Walker helped me dearly. There was another officer who was quite rude to me and I cannot remember his name, but Sgt. Walker was amazing.
Highly recommend asking for Sergeant Walker from Southbank if you ever need something from the police, she stood by my side when I needed the police.
Had my belongings( iPhone , bank card , a bottle of pineapple drink and a bag of Japanese rice ) stolen and reported to them .
They are kind and willing to help !
So many cars parked all over the area, almost always parked illegally. They have their own parking spots but still take up public parking spaces, or parked illegally in no standing zones. They parked right on the corner of intersections it makes it dangerous to drive around the area. Always scared I’ll hit some one/get hit by some one because when I pull out I can’t see down the road.
I dial this station for over 5 minutes before anyone picked up the call. The fella on the other end (Nick) wasn't particularly helpful and was in a hurry to hang me up when i inquired about losing a bunch of house keys, saying they don't do those.
