Worst experience I had.. they don’t even help people waiting in the sitting area. I was sitting there before 10 mins of my appointment and no one was at the front and that was my first time I didn’t know what’s the process is. After sometime when I ask them they said ur appointment times up. And they said that I was late and didn’t reach at time. It was just 1 person in the sitting area still they rejected to help me. It was very important for me and even I requested them that I was sitting there before but they didn’t even listen me. Again I have to wait for months for next appointment. This is the worst experience I had in all melbourne.
The place has changed to 311 Spencer Street
Professional, polite and fast! I called for making an appointment and the appointment was made for very next day. also the lady on the phone explained all necassary information patiently same as her colleagues at the office. They are all great
Fast and efficient. It's in the wtc building on the Siddelley Street and not on the main Flinders St. As the map shows right now. Look out for the red fascade
This place is an absolute joke 10mins late to get prints done on the way there traffic is herrendeous. i can't predict if there is going to be accidents on the way there which is going to cause me to run late. And on top of that there was only one person in there and they couldn't fit it in.
