Michael was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He made buying everything for our bathroom, from the toilet to the tapware, incredibly hassle free and enjoyable.
Well it was hopeless service. When we did get someone to help us, he immediately ditched us to serve someone else. They just lost a couple of grands worth of sales. Not much for them but so much for shopping local.
