The customer service at this store is exceptional! I went in to get new timber flooring as I was renovating and Martin helped me choose a product that is both good quality and looks amazing. He was patient with my colour selection and did a free measurement and quote. He also inspected my home after the floors were installed to ensure I was happy with the product. Couldn't be happier with their service!

Very happy with our beautiful timber flooring! Martin and the team were so helpful and patient during the selection process and then also when we had delays on our renovations. The flooring was laid within one day and then Martin was great in helping us get a couple of minor issues rectified without any fuss. They cleared away all the mess and even took the excess boxes of timber off the original quote which I think is great customer service. We bought a rug and had our rooms carpet installed by Hills Flooring recently. Martin and Simon were very professional when we were exploring the options in the shops. Omar, the carpet installer, was very detail during installation and did an amazing job. Not to mention the price quoted was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone looking for carpet flooring.

I got the quote online from one of their staff for herringbone flooring. I had contacted more than 4 stores but finally made the purchase from them. Their Pricing was the best amongst all. They did a great job at installation as well. Thanks so much guys

I visited the showroom yesterday asking question about their products for my new apartment. The salesperson answered my questions.nI requested him to provide me with a copy of product's specs to check if Strata Manager in our building would accept the product (acoustically) before I decided to purchase.nHe said that I have to buy the product first, then he can provide me with the specs claiming that NO ONE would provide me with specs before I pay. Well, I told him I've already visited another company and they happily provided me with the specs. He obviously didn't have an answer for me, so I walked off the store.nI simply couldn't pay the deposit without being sure that strata management would let me use the product.nUnfortunately, I didn't have a good experience visiting this store.
