Coles Rouse Hill

It's okay

Sadly, for me, my last visit to Coles Rouse Hill Town Centre was disappointing! Don’t try and get any customer service and if you do the wait for help is painful. Products I purchased such as potatoes were of low quality. Items on special had run out but I was able to get a rain check.

One of the ladies at the checkout called Diane ( the big blonde lady as mentiond by others in their complaints) is the rudest, most unfriendly and unhelpful staff member I have come across. I have had a couple of interactions with her and wasnt sure if her behaviour was a one off or a pattern. Now I realise that it is a pattern. She really needs mental assesment and shouldnt work in checkout. Coles need to assess their front staff consistently to remove such people from direct interaction with customers.

Great staff. Amazing and variety of foods. Very yimpressed...WOW!!!
