The layout is slightly different to other woolies. All the essentials like milk, eggs are nearby to entrance unlike others where you have to go to diagonol far end

Worst customer service- I had ordered online and chose straight to boot option and the staff member just left the trolley and didnt even bother putting stuff in the boot as thats what they claim, you just park and sit while we transfer your stuff to your boot. Raised official complaint however nothing happened. Just two days ago i opened a tetra pack of coconut water which i purchased 12 of them, and when i started pouring in the glass, found fungus in it. Lucky i saw as i was about to offer that to my wife and little one. Raised issue with woolworths and they just dont bother responding, finally someone responded after multiple follow ups and are asking me to go to the store to return. I said i will not go to store and you organise pick up of all the coconut water and organise refund. They dont even bother responding. This is not the first time i am having this experience from woolworths. I recently ordered baby bel cheese for my little one and only to found that had fungus too. Its terrible. Also on one separate occasion, i did online order and chose delivery only to found that few items were missing in my order and i never got an email stating that nor refund. Then i have to chase them again. Worst customer service ever.

Ok.I can understand that there is heaps of problems in the world but try smiling, The bakery, is the best ever,highly recommended. Please don't put my bread in the bag then 2x2litres of milk on top to seal the deal.Hey

Still one of my favourite Woolies in this city. It has a small town feel to it but it's huge. They always have good stock and a lot of variety.nThe only thing that lets it down is the parking. If it were only Woolies there it would be perfect!
