One Stop Bunny Shop

I love buying my rabbit products from this shop as they have a really fast turn around! I ordered last night and I received my order this afternoon (I’m located in Sydney).nnTheir products are also great quality and well priced. Some of the best quality hay I’ve ever used!

Organised for my bunnies to be bunny sat this weekend. Upon arrival everything was fine. Told Luke that we would be coming around 11/12 the next day, to which he agreed.nnToday I was told that it would be 1pm which was fine. Then I got a message at 12pm to say it would be 3pm as they drove to Singleton to pick up Hay (in torrential rain and floods). Why pay for a bunny sitter if your not going to bunny sit them?! Upon picking them up they had barely any hay and my female was not moving and scared.nnDO NOT TRUST YOUR BUNNIES WITH THESE PEOPLE.nnI only got to speak with Lucy once and she was hysterical on the phone only communicated by text message. Luke seems to not care about the welfare of the bunnies they bunny sit.nnThey did provide a full refund after I requested same but still not worth the $70 for one night and all the stress this experience has caused.

OSBS have everything bunnies could need! I can't believe how long I have been searching for high quality hay at a good price, but I am so glad to have found these guys. My flemish giant and her dwarf/lop friend have never been so excited about me opening a fresh bag of hay until the order from OSBS arrived! Oh and the dandelion treats are a huge hit. Never going back to pet store quality hay again...the oaten bags are great and no hay dust filling up the bag either! If you have a rabbit, you must try these guys out.
