Very disgusting customer service, they came straight away to sign a contract to get the government fund, then they didn't do anything for me, I was chasing them to get the reports from therapists and forward them to NDIS as I had only 2 weeks before my son NDIS review, I sent them emails and emails chasing with no single response, then I had to collect all reports from different therapists and forwarded them to NDIS, also, their manager Karen told me it's not their job to do so, I think its the wrong chair for her because Support Coordinator should do that as well should suggest therapists and should write notes to support me at the review meeting but also they failed to do so. And they charged 2 hours from the government fund and when I asked why, they said for the work done. What an honesty.
