I renewed my license here a few months ago, and my experience here was very fast and helpful. A customer rep was at the door, who greeted me, asked what I was here for, and immediately directed me straight to the terminal and pointed me straight to where I needed. The people behind the desk were also smiling and helpful.nnIt felt a little bit weird, to be honest, because I'm not used to quick and friendly treatment in government facilities, usually quite the opposite. To whomever was in the office that day, I wish all government offices ran this way! You guys are an example that should be followed I what I experienced.

Public service at its best and what you hope most Service NSW offices to be like. Early morning on a Friday wasn't too bad and not a big wait. Super friendly staff but they could know their products better.

After waiting for over an hour an half I was told their system is down and they can't help me. 3 days later second attempt, again slow system makes me wait for another hour at some point they didn't mind sending me home again.nSaw this supervisor named Neil, which I wonder how he got a job in a customer service related role . No sense of urgency or not will to help, or not even a lil apologetic about this whole. Just simply didn't care.nJust not good enough
