Went in for a driver's test 20 minutes early, was quickly rushed and pressured to fill out a form as fast as I could. When reading the questions one of the staff grabbed the form off me and told me to fill out the boxes as if he knew my medical conditions. He made snarly comments to my father who was trying to understand the situation. Honestly the worst customer service!

Never go there to Castle Hill Services NSW (specially driving test), Very Rude staff, they think because they have power to fail or pass someone based on their mood so they can easily do it and no one can say a word after they make decision!nWhen we asked the reason for fail. She became more angry and said too much caution?nWe have the right to ask reason, for fix the issue in future. We did lots of sacrifice (time and money of parents, instructors and mine) for the driving test.

I don’t understand why their reviews are so low. Every time I come here I get in quickly and the staff seem very knowledgeable. I’m never in there for more than 15 minutes

The wait can be a little long, but with the amount of customers coming though I think it was very reasonable. Staff were friendly, helpful and everything runs very efficiently.
