Took my money but never provided the service (VOI for title transfer). When contacted the office proprietor was very rude, defensive, and essentially called me a liar. Now left out of pocket and out in the lurch with a probably delayed settlement. Auspost head office says that this branch isn't even authorised to provide the service, so this is either a case of fraud or incompentence combined with terrible service. Either way, not great.
