Centrelink and Medicare

It's Centrelink, what can I say, come prepared and by that I mean bring a coffee. It can be a very long, slow, frustrating experience. Be prepared.

They are fast polite n will do more than b happy to help u out and Medicare is all in the same building

My phone appointment was an hour and a half late. Waiting on hold for 2 hours then hung up on. Called the public line then was promptly hung up on again when the automated service couldn't identify my query after 2 attempts. It's now almost 4 hours since my appointment that had been booked for days and nothing has been resolved at all.

Very difficult to make a simple enquiry!

Absolutely useless, how about you train fat Michael before you put him in a position where he can stuff up peoples income.
