Some years ago when this retailer was in George Street Bathurst, I selected a wash and wear paint, Dulux brand, together with a painter. When I had selected the paint I left the shop. Together with the painter the shop subsituted the paint for an inferior paint. Both the painter and proprietor denied this. Dulux tested the paint and stated that the paint used was not what I had ordered. The paint Dulux tested was from a scrapping from the wall in the family room. They refused to confirm this in writing however gave me paint to re-paint the house at my cost, the paint being free. The CSIRO also tested the paint confirming that the paint was not as per the control sample that I gave them. I purchased the control sample from another retailer and gave that to the CSIRO as a control sample unopened. I would NEVER shop with this retailer again as I cannot trust them to supply paint as ordered.
