Bernardi's Marketplace

This place used to be great. I would shop here weekly. The last few months here have not been great. The deli has gone downhill the young women in there used to be so lovely but I have noticed a change in staffing. The majority of staff don’t seem to care or have any actual knowledge of their products. The managers don’t seem to care about their staff or the store. The only approachable manager at your store who seems to care about the customer service and who is always down to have a chat is the deli manager. There is ALWAYS a shortage in checkout staff and have recently noticed a lot of staff turnover. Bathurst is a small town and word gets around quick and in such a small town you don’t have room for these constant mistakes. I will NOT be coming back.....

Was served by the happiest person have met in ages. nothing was a problem, food was nice and fresh too. A great experience

Fruit and vege sooo much better than chain stores. Been buying rump and porterhouse steak and has been delicious and cheap. Always something on special. If I had a business I would be poaching the staff they are wonderful.

I often shop here when in Bathurst as it is a very good supermarket.nExcellent staff

Actually it's my hubby that shop's there he love's Harris Farm, Vegies are much fresher so I let him do our produce shopping he knows fresh is best...!
