Service NSW

The service is amazing at Ballina. I would not go to any another service centre they are so patience and understand. Thank you for your wonderful service.

First time experiencing government services and I'm really impressed. Might just be the office in Ballina only but they made all my various questions and all the processes easy and quick. Only in there for 50 minutes and I went home with the right forms and applications. Awesome that paperwork is somewhat fun.

Went in for my partners license swap when he moved to NSW from SA and still to this day (months later) we talk about the customer service at Service NSW in Ballina. No joke. I basically never leave reviews but, 5* for these guys.

I can't thank the staff enough for the care they gave my daughter when she went for her Learners. She is dyslexic and suffers from anxiety and they went out of their way to ensure she felt supported. It brought tears to my eyes. Thank you so much!
