Their designs and attention to detail are one of kind and I am constantly complimented on all the products I have purchased for my home and the beach. Staff at this company are so genuine and care so much about your experience in store AND once you walk out the door. I have now dealt with them online, in store and in their warehouse based in Tweed Heads where their amazing staff simply cannot help you enough, all are visibly clearly so passionate about their products and their brand. Less than very average customer service at the Tweed Heads store, such a shame. Was in there for 10 minutes before I rang the bell for someone to speak to. No cash facilities? Was just all very weird.
