Was not impressed.nCouldn't even install basic roller blinds properly.nWhen it was finally done, it wasn't the neatest job.nLeft a dirty hand print on the wall.

Purchased supply and install for security screens and window awnings. Installation has been shocking and have had them back multiple times to fix rushed install that is faulting.nnHave personally heard the installation guy rushing the job say to his offsider “who cares we’ll come back on warranty “(reference to not installing screens and bug guard correctly).nListened to the young installer pull the old guy up multiple times on not doing things properly ( yep they were fighting in front of my wife and children)nWaited two weeks for rectification of one of their faults to be rung on the day from the office lady to be told they will be coming the following week ( no after sales support as they got paid already therefore not a priority).nNot even a month later the front screen screams metal on metal and shaving fall out as the guard wasn’t attached properly.nReceived a Christmas letter from owner saying Karen and Derik Howarth (owners) rely word of mouth so I rang again to lodge formal complaint with the owners. Complaint was regarding installer, double door screen that won’t open without screeching metal on metal and the last awning that was installed was flapping as not taunt properly.nTold the owner isn’t available but took notes and install manager or office lady (Hayley) would ring back. Waited 2 days and heard nothing.nRang back and Hayley proceeds to tell me there’s nothing they can do as it’s in a queue and she doesn’t understand why I (the customer) is getting revved up over a door.nShe also proceeded to tell me there’s more important things in the world to worry about and someone will ring me when they can as they are out doing other installations and not coming to us as it’s not a priority.nNo interest in fixing an entry door that won’t open without scratching paint and screeching metal.nOh, and I was also hung up on.nAlso rang the rep who measured up and heard nothing back.nI would stay clear of this place and avoid like the plague.

I had a $6000 timber front door installed into my home this year. I used this company to install a front security door to my new timber doors. The company had a young inexperienced installer install this into my timber door and the timber has split and is damaged due to the screws being screwed straight into the wood and now my doors wont shut the timber is coming apart and when i have called the owner karen to ask what she was going to do about fixing the damage her company had done to my $6000 imported wooden door her response was vicious, yelling and screaming overt he phone and persisted to tell me the wood has split due to humid weather!!!!! She wasn't eager to send her employee out to even look at the damage in fact she hung the phone up and said she didn't care if i was to involve lawyers into this situation to get it resolved. We have now sort legal action for my door to be fixed. You support local and this is how you are treated by a company who for years you have sent your own local clients too - this is not acceptable and not taking action to fix my door and no sorry or acknowledgment of your company in the wrong is an absolute disgrace!!! do not use this company. 3 building reports from 3 different building companys upon inspection it is 100% the way the your guys installed my gauze door into my timber which has caused major damage. karen your customer service is disgusting in the way you treat paying customers.
