Coles Murwillumbah

Extremely unhappy with staff. I shop hear regularly but every single time I go to self serve checkout, which ever worker is on will make their way to the closest possible spot to where I’m standing and will intensely watch me until I’m done. It makes me uncomfortable and quite annoyed as I’ve never seen them do it to anyone else, they’re always in the same spot until I walk in? I do not understand why as I have never shoplifted and don’t see what makes them think I will. $10 worth of food is not worth my time to take. I understand they are doing their job but they’re to blatantly obvious about it and it’s insulting.

Fantastic and helpful staff. Shopping trips are always so easy here with the layout and abundance of available staff on the floor happy and willing to help accommodate the customers.

Tho I love shopping at Aldi cos I'm poor but It's great to go my local hub offering more employment for the locals. Seriously tho Coles Aldi proves you really are over priced. Competition needed in Murwillumbah

Can't keep popping corn kernels in stock. Often out for months. Always in stock at IGA, same brand, so can't be a supply issue.n1st or 2nd day of a catalogue, advertised items aren't there, never arrived.nBut the staff are very good. Maybe they should order the stock instead of head office.

You have to walk up and around and around a ramp just to get on the same level not good
