Service NSW

Rude staff member at first check point. Told to stand in a group of people “the cue” to get through the first check point, not at all COVID safe. People being selected to get served before others when arrived after. Just a mess, needs to be addressed. And the guy greeting people as they enter (06/05/21) making sure they’ve signed in, needs customer service training. Ignoring customers and not being clear with directions is not acceptable in your role.

Very unhelpful and wasted my time. I Dont get it , instead of helping people, they are rude and do not care. why do they open then???nI drove to another Service Centre and finished what i wanted to do. It is such a shame!!

Wont be long until they are on bank hours and out for profit not for service.

The layout perfect the time waiting near non existent although the staff was looking pretty helpful until I arrived at the counter and was met by Extremely rude women behind the counter although front service desk was very helpful the counter women was not and enjoys abuse of what little power they have CLEAN IT UP!!! I was provided excellent service in other service NSW but this place the star says it all.
