One of your male staff needs to give people time to shop around and not be passive aggressive. Nice of him to tell customers they browse too long and other staff don’t waste their time on us.

Causally me and wife visited Decorug store at Liverpool. We were looked after by Louie, Store Manager . Louie was very professional , knowledgeable and provided warm customer service. He offered such convincing pricing on flooring , carpet snd shutters , we got tempted to place orders straight away and eventually did it .nEven his support staff was very prompt in attending to customers .They did perfect paper work .nNow looking forward to have all products installed with good workman ship snd perfect finish quality .
