I've just been to the RTA Batemans Bay to claim my Dine & Discover vouchers, and was attended to my a young man by the name of Simon. He is an absolute credit to your organisation and it was a real pleasure to visit your Batemans Bay offices.

The staff at this centre have been incredibly welcoming and helpful across multiple visits and transactions. There is next to no wait time and if you do have to wait, staff are always accommodating and provide kids with little activity packs to keep them entertained. The location is central and there is plenty of parking behind the building and accross the road even in busy times. Accessible entry and counters for wheelchair users. The centre is always clean and tidy to a high standard. Highly recommended.

To much marketing too little useful service. Front desk staff tried to be helpful. Senior staff were brusque, dismissive and dogmatic. Which bit about 'Service' don't they understand.
