Helpful staff and good range of products
Lady at the frount counter gives off a huge negative vibe when you walk in. Has happened on several occasions and won't come again as I feel I would interrupting her. As I came last time and got tiles and we had a laugh after persisting with her short answer questions, she couldnt remember me, that's fine but, no rapport at all. I as a customer shouldnt have to go to legnths to make her give some standard customer service in return.
