These guys are the best. They helped us out with what we needed, did a design and quote, when we excepted, they installed professionally, quickly on time and on budget. Look elsewhere for Flame Zone Shutters. Ended up with an ok job but despite cost of over $34K Jamie was challenged by the install of the large shutter over sliding door (which needed additional packing out due to FZ requirements for FZ designated cladding and the depth of a tri-slide door). The window installer came to the rescue but at my expense (~$2000). I also had to get him back several times to address quality issues (large dent in the box housing shutter over large door, screws not powder coated and starting to rust …). Disorganised. Took an inordinate time to finish and involved 4 trips from Canberra when Jamie was a no show when a simple email or text to keep me in the loop could have been sent.
