Betta Living at Batemans’s Bay were great! They made sure we got the sale price on our new TV and the young man who assisted us to make our choice had excellent product knowledge and the patience to go through whatever we wanted to to make our choice. We’ll definitely shop there again even though it’s further away than our local store.

I accidentally hit the wrong level for this review previously and have now rectified to the five stars it should be. Betta Electrical should be very proud of the young lady who helped me on Boxing Day. Her knowledge of TVs and willingness to find out purely truthful facts was wonderful to experience. I wanted an Air Fryer also and she did all in her power to help me there also but the one I needed was not in stock and I needed it very soon. Just an exceptional salesperson. I highly recommend Betta Electrical Bateman’s Bay.

Very happy indeed. Went to the Jarcar section. Young man went above and beyond and went out of his way to help us. Wish I had asked his name so he could get the direct praise he deserves.

Staff always ready to help with a smile, super service, double checked for item I wished to purchase, found one in stock, boxed and ready to go. Drove to the bay to check out physical size and to claim an extra 2 years warranty by registering on line before 31/01/21. Delivery to Moruya to suit our time table.
