The customer service I experienced at L’OCCITANE tonight felt a bit condescending. Not a great experience.
Customers service needs improvement. I went looking for a gift for myself instead a staff starts talking to me in another language and later asked if I speak the language. I said no and she gave me the most shocking look ever and said that I look like I do. Walked out asap.
I was looking for a gift from someone and received amazing customer service from a girl with a French accent (I didn’t catch her name) and Amy. They were extremely professional, understanding and very helpful! I would absolutely recommend heading into this store for advice on skincare and Haircare. They are wonderful!
