APBI have been amazing during our new house build inspections. They were prompt to book inspections in, usually taking them less than 24 hours from when I first reached out. The reports are in an easy to read format, with photos for reference. Inspectors are happy to answer any questions we had regarding what the have found. Would recommend them to all family & friends.

Arranged for APBI inspection as a separate independent inspection of a property. Service was prompt, price was clearly stated from the start and the inspector was easily contactable for clarifications. Also provided with a detailed report of the place with pictures, which was very helpful.

Engaged APBI to perform a dilapidation report upstairs prior to having renovations, however I had to pay for a second report (with a diff provider) as the APBI report could not be used for the council approval, despite APBIs website suggesting it could.nnNot only did we have to pay twice, but the second report identified there were quality issues with the APBI report, as 5 defects were picked up which APBI had missed.nnAPBI have not responded to my concerns or request for a refund and so I had to raise a Fair Trading compaint. Safe to say, would never use again
