We had been searching for some time and were quite frustrated with the whole process until we discovered Franck and the solid French Oak at Enoak. Franck's service and attention to detail is first class. He kept us informed every step of the way and when the timber arrived it did not disappoint as it was perfect. We were also delighted by Fabio who installation was also first class. We have lived with the floor for a couple of months and can definitely say that we made the right decision and couldn't be happier with the outcome. The new enoak floor boards are beautiful. They are extremely well finished, tolerant of stains and really easy to keep clean.nnWe chose a mid colour tone board and it never seems to show dust etc even when it does need a brooms attention.nnThis product is worth the extra cost!nnThank you, we couldn't be happier.
