very hard to communicate , they only want to make money. Browsed the comments with five stars, it said only losers make complaints. I couldn't see any winner calling other losers. It seems some 'winners' is very uneducated as well like some yelling ' professionals ' .

This was a very exhausting and stressful process. We submitted 57 pages of strong and irrefutable evidence ranging from pictures, emails and phone calls with time stamps to NCAT. When first renting there was no condition report taken and luckily enough my partner took photos of the property when we first moved in, to show the absolute mess and dangerous environment the previous tenants left behind, but this was only the start of our nightmare. No effort was made on behalf of Elders Real estate to address these issues in a ‘reasonable time’ and the communication or lack thereof back from Elders in Haberfield was laughable. Knowing it was only a matter of time before the roof over is collapsed, we decided to take action and call fair trading to see what rights as tenants we have and advised NCAT. We spent weeks collated all the evidence, time of calls, photos from when we first moved in, constant emails to the real estate and had to pay $150 to put forward our case. We printed off everything and gave a copy to NCAT and the real estate, only for it to be a short phone call to firstly try to resolve which in the first instance. The real estate agent had not prepared for the judge to request the presence of the owner and due to the attitude from the real estate agent was supposedly not ‘invited back to the next tribunal’. Well of course we had a second call, months later and there was the same real estate agent again, different judge, who hadn’t read one of the evidence we submitted and here we are out of pocket and furious we tried to action all the issues and problems we faced at the property and with the real estate. End of story, not worth the effort at all, I don’t even know why NCAT exist if only to get money from tenants.

Don't waste your time. My matter was heard an hour late and not looked at correctly by the Member. No official way to complain either - who is monitoring this place?

This system favors the criminals. Even though I was able to prove that the builder was did not license but used another company's contract and ABN, I was the one yelled at and treated like criminal. Was asked to submit JP signed evidences which was never looked at. Rudest people I have met. Had to really fight for some money back. Each time there was a new member who was not familiar with the case. Something very wrong with the system and the country as a whole that it favors the criminals and holds them as celebrities' and heroes. Fraud and injust will continue as long as they are not held accountable by the prosecutors.nWaste of time.

waste of time and the member refused to assist with anything.. recommended us to withdraw our application. useless.
