Visited mid-afternoon to renew my driver's licence. Assisted promptly and courteously from the minute I entered the front door. Very brief wait before my number was called. Courteous and helpful clerk at Licence Renewals meant I was on my way again within 20 mins, business complete.nnVery professional Service NSW - thank you.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a wonderful experience at a public office like the one I had today. I got served by Peng (hopefully I’m not misspelling her name) and she was just soooo friendly, helpful, informative and polite. She went above and beyond to solve my request and treated me wonderfully! Thank you Peng!

I was really impressed with the efficient and friendly service. I went in at lunchtime to renew my license and was in and out within 10 minutes. The staff were fantastic.
