Great customer service by all the consultants and solicitors we spoke to. it took a while for the solicitor to finish our wills and we had to go back for a second appointment but i am fine with it because they are government and do everything proper and by the books. we appointed our children as executors but chose the nsw trustees as a substitute just in case the kids don't want to or can't do it. $660 is a very small price to pay for total peace of mind.

We were very pleased with the careful attention that Jaqueline gave us at this review; the Trustee holds our wills, power of attorney and enduring guardian. Our affairs are reasonably complex and our instructions were discussed and the agreed outcome was very satisfactory to us. Jacqueline was patient and explained the best steps for us to take. We were particularly impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and kindness.

Needs a Royal commission into elderly abuse. Seen it first hand from this office. Do not trust these people. They speak to you with arrogance and rudeness while spending your money on things you don't even know about. Then sell your assets to pay themselves $150 per hour to open your file.nTill you have nothing left.nA documentary is being made about one elderly client.

All my experiences with these people have been good. Kim Griffiths in particular goes out of her way to make sure you get the best from the services she provides.
