gutless toothless and unwilling to report blatant corruption.nnI rented a unit in a new light industrial complex through ray white realestate morisset. there was no disclosure about the demand power charge of $7 per day and my lease says all outgoings included. after setting up my business i find out about the $7 per day connection fee and began trying to get to the bottom of it. there is 6... yes six power outlets in the building and the corrupt developers and power authorities zoned it at the maximum power tariff knowing full well that nobody in the units is allowed to do heavy industrial activities thus cant use that much power as to justify the charges. the result is that they are changing the tariff but wont backdate it to when i was entrapped in a lease.

Don't bother with this service. Unhelpful, unfriendly and when you ask for further information (like a copy of the regulations being cited) they won't provide, just refers you back to the provider.

Be very much warned that they are NOT consumer advocates, quite ineffectual, not sure how can they warrant their existence.

Thankyou Natalie. If you have an issue with your energy supplier and you end up with Natalie your issue will get resolved. I'm glad she took my complaint. My issue with the energy supplier has now been resolved. A big relief.nnIll recommend her any day

Be very aware of this organisation that blatantly favours the Energy Companies. Ewon is governed by some very dubious individuals whose only interest is to protect the Energy Companies at all cost.nnIt is not at all surprising that the Energy Companies act with such disdain for their customers when you have high ranking Ewon members encouraging and excusing deplorable conduct.
