Was served by an employee named Marcella. She was quite rude and walked away while I was in the middle of talking to her. I recommend that she take additional customer service training.nnAlso, the placement of the reduced/sale price tags was highly misleading. I took a few items to the cashier who scanned the items at a higher price than what was displayed. Apparently it's because the reduced price tags referred to other items, even when the item that was not reduced was DIRECTLY under the reduced price tag. Its not ok to place the wrong price directly above items being sold. Not happy Jan!

Great store, but staff member was really rude. Did not appreciate his disrespect and attitude when I asked nicely about an item in store. Has surprisingly put the bar even lower for customer service at MINISO

Asking the product , staff doesn't care just says sold out, sold out. I knew miniso around world always get stock very fast, bust he goes away not helpful. Just goes away. Wed is doesn't work too

Stock changes fast. A good sized store. Good prices. Staff don't say much so the customer service is always meh.
