My experience with David has been excellent. I engaged his company to review a DA for a 10-room boarding house next to my property in Leichhardt. Initially I was considering using a much larger town planning company based in Leichhardt. That company was quick to send me terms and conditions to sign but actually did nothing to review the DA.nI contacted David and he responded immediately, explaining the review process and the likely cost for each stage. Within a matter of days he had deconstructed the DA finding several areas of significant non-compliance. The objection is in with Inner West council now, so fingers crossed.nnI would highly recommended Tranplan for anyone in a similar situation to me.

Received a quote and far too overpriced compared to others offering the same service. The quote received was $1200 more than the second highest priced quote I received for the same assessment.nLook elsewhere before considering.
